Grandma Connie Pulls a Funny!

Here is a picture of Grandma that you might think is fun. She has on Jesse's hat. She put it on one night and was very silly. Enjoy!

Alan and Family!

Hello Cleverly people,
My name is Chong Ming. My wifes name is Alana. We still are awaiting information from the Consulate in Guangzhou. As of today no news. Alana, Cai Qing, says to say hi to the family. Her words are, "Husband, help me say hi to the family and give my best regards to them". She says her mood is sad because of not being able to be here for Christmas, New Years, Valentines. I will update this situation for all those who are interested.

My family is about the same as always. Russell is the new manager of the Tooele game crazy. Landon and Mary are in Centerville and the baby isn't baby no more. Josh living at Jan's just works and watches TV. Lindsy the one who organizes things does just that, calls everyone when they want a free meal from me. Then we get together. Aimee? Well she is in Centerville still and works for the Post Office on midnights.
As for me? Well work is slow so who knows whats around the corner.

Take care all.

Nancy and Family!

The other day Dylan came home from school and was laughing pretty hard. (Mitch picked them up this day) He was trying to tell me the story of why he was laughing, but if you all know Dylan, when he gets excited he talks very fast and is hard to understand. I had him slow down and this is what he told me:

Mom, you know how you washed my coat last night and I got it out of the dryer this morning right before we left for school? I said yes.....well I was running into class with the other kids right before school started and when I was going to take my coat off, I looked down and KYLE'S UNDERWEAR was stuck to the Velcro on the front of my COAT!!!! I started laughing so hard, I couldn't catch my breath. (seriously) Dylan then said that he tried to get the underwear off of his coat and into his backpack before anyone could see, but the underwear then got stuck in the zipper in his backpack!!! His little friend could see that he needed help and asked him if he could help him with his backpack and Dylan is like no, no, no, I've got it, I've got it. THANKS!!!! After I could catch my breath and stop laughing, I asked him if his little friend saw and he said "Nope and I was REALLY glad"

As for the rest of our family, we are all pretty good. I am going through some health issues as most of you already know, the heart doctor was today (Friday) and my regular doctor will be Tuesday. Hopefully I will find out some answers then. I love all you guys with all my "Heart" and am so grateful for the family that Heavenly Father blessed me with, you guys are awesome. Thanks for being such great Brothers, Sisters, Nephews, and Nieces.
Love Nancy

Brenda and Family!

The Bob Brisko family is doing well so far for the first part of 2009. We have all had our share of colds and flu but everyone is feeling great now except for Bart who is suffering from a sore/cracked rib from one of his basketball games that got a little too rough. Bob’s foot is getting stronger and the swelling is not as severe as it has been. So we have been getting back into our old routine with everyone busy in their respective spheres of life. It has been nice to get away little more from everyday chores and enjoy some time together.

We were able to spend some time in Hawaii with Barney and Marielle in the middle of January.

It was a great time to get-away from all of the smog/inversion, snow and cold. We were able to go to the PCC and enjoy the big night show and villages.

We also visited the Arizona Memorial and the Missouri. I like the patriotic and sacred feelings that the Arizona Memorial brings. It was quite windy for 2-3 days while we were there so at the North Shore the waves were huge and some of the locals were out trying/doing surfing which was great to watch. I think it would be a fun place for the Cleverly siblings to go some day when we are fat and old. There are a lot of places to enjoy just sitting back and enjoying the scenery OR for anyone who would like to join us there.

Karla and Family!

Update on the Hamner Family -
We had a foot of snow here and we were totally snowed in for a day. They cancelled school for Tori so that was fun.
Tori also had her 16th birthday and so she can now officially date. She has to wait for a month to get her license, though.
Lance is no longer just being judgmental. He is "officially" judging people now.
Sean is happy and healthy in the MTC. He wrote about a couple of funny things that are below:

"My bed came with 2 elastic (fitted) sheets and no normal sheet, but that’s okay because that’s how I lived at the condo."

"Tell everyone that I welcome any and all packages. I think I can use stuff as currency here... like cigarettes in prison.

"When missionaries are getting ready to leave, they throw out stuff they don’t want and pile it up. The pile is right next to my room, so I get first dibs. Yesterday I got a pile of envelopes and some candy. There’s still some more stuff out there. It was a pretty profitable plundering."

If anyone wants to write to Sean his address is:
